Cooled IR Detector(640×512, 15㎛) is developed for next-generation weapon
systems. VGA format IR Detector has 4 times higher resolution and 1/4 pixel size
than QVGA detector (MWIR 320×256, 30㎛). It enables high-resolution image with
same optical systems for QVGA detectors.

Introduction
Cooled IR Detector(640×512, 15㎛) has NETD of below 0.02℃, cooling time of 6
minutes and suitable for high-end thermal imaging equipments. InSb (Indium
Antimonide) is used to get excellent, uniform and stable image qualities.
