The Binocular type Night Vision goggles HNVG-31ND is a compact, lightweight, high-performance dual-tube hlemet-mounted night vision device.
Helmet Night Vision goggles HNVG-31ND has an ergonomic low-profile design and offers superior situational awareness compared to a single tube goggles. Working directly with input from Special Forces operators, the binocular type night vision goggle was designed to increase system resolution, significantly reduce head-borne weight and improve system center of gravity, provide additional operational utility, and improve overall operator situational awareness as compared to currently fielded dual-tube night vision goggles .
The HNVG-31ND helmet-mounted night vision goggle has independently pivoting tube housings that allow the operator to run the goggle in a binocular or monocular configuration. Using two tubes at once allows the eyes to create depth perception and increases the ease in maneuvering terrain and obstacles as well as operating devices such as control panels and door knobs.
The HNVG-31ND Binocular Night Vision Goggles which produced by MH Technology can adopt White Phosphor image intensifier tubes or Green Phosphor image intensifier tubes, user could choose image intensifier tube type according to their requirement.
In addition, HNVG-31ND helmet night vision goggles also provide 40°and 50°FOV as optional.
