MHNV®️ infrared target (IR target) is a module that generates infrared reference images using specific patterns (four bars, crosses, triangles, etc.). It is used to test key performance characteristics of thermal imagers, infrared guidance systems, and multi-sensor imaging equipment (MRTD minimum resolvable temperature difference, TOD triangulation direction discrimination, FOV, etc.).
