MHDP Three-dimensional Photogrammetry

We are offering MHDP 3D photogrammetry which permits onsite inspection and error detection without time-consuming interruption of production lines. MHDP 3D photogrammetry is an ultra-portable piece of equipment that no longer requires that parts be transported to a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM). MHDP systems can be used in unstable environments and locations which are difficult to access.

Fields of Application

lMobile Measurement: Portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM). Instantly digitize the code markers and point markers on the surface of large objects (from a few meters to tens of meters).

lProduct Inspection: Quality control and key point detection in production line, especially for inspection of large complex surfaces such as castings, forgings, stampings, dies, injection molded parts, wood products and other products.

Process Optimization: quickly calculate 3D coordinates of the key points on large blank, and determine reference frame and guide the process.

lDeformation Analysis: thermal load test, structural deformation measurement (tower, truss, etc.), model deformation measurement (similar material model), building deformation measurement, welding deformation, wind tunnel deformation, temperature deformation, mechanical load test, etc.
